1. Furniture Markings on Carpets

In fixing furniture dents on most carpets, the supplies needed to even arrive at the cleanest and most refreshing carpet are vacuum cleaner and ice cubes.

2. Squeaky Doors

In fixing the squeaky doors, it is first important to purchase petroleum jelly. This is inexpensive and does not create a hole in your pocket. In any of the squeaky doors at home, you can apply a small quantity of petroleum jelly on the hinges. After the application, the door hinges will be transformed. You will notice that opening the door becomes smoother and gentler.

3. Scuff Marks

In fixing scuff marks, you will need to first provide supplies like unused and new tennis ball. Afterwards, you need to gently wipe the scuff marks by the use of a tennis ball. This is proven effective on painted, wood tile and vinyl walls. For sure, this is quite perfect if you notice scuff marks at the walls of your home.

4. Clogged Kitchen Sink

On the other hand, you may quite be frustrated on washing the dishes at the sink. There are times that you need to de-clog the sink because the water cannot flow on continuously. Just imagine there is no time left for you to attend on other chores because of clogged drains. The good news is that you can learn a good lesson from that experience.

The good lesson is about fixing the clogged sink. However, fixing may work only for clogged drains. The supplies you will need are equate or Alka-seltzer and two effervescent tablets. You will also need a cup of vinegar.

The first thing you must do is to nearly drop two effervescent tablets on the sink. Afterwards, you need to pour a cup of vinegar. After two minutes, a hot water should be poured over the sink and must run through at a strong or full pressure.

5. Nail Holes in Drywall

In fixing nail holes in tiny drywall, the supplies needed are non-gel or white toothpaste, straightedge or ruler, washcloth or rag and painting supplies. After you have prepared the supplies, you must squeeze a small quantity of toothpaste to be placed over the hole. Then, you need to make use of a ruler in smoothing the paste over the hole. The remaining paste should be thoroughly wiped at the wall. Then, there is a need to cover it up with paint. Now you have learned how easy it is to fix nail holes on dry wall.
