blakc mold in trailer rented that the landlord was unaware of - what do I do?

WHAT DO I DO? I JUST LEARNED FROM MY NEW TENANTS IN A TRAILER I RENTED THAT IT HAS BLACK MOLD IN IT, TWO MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY HAVE BEEN SICK & NOW THEY REFUSE TO PAY RENT. I AM IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have a signed original ...

If you have a signed original of the lease and got the tenant's SSN, Drivers License and the like then its robably not absolutely necessary. However in all things real estate oriented I try to err on the side of more documentation, not less, so if you have one conveient then notarize away.
