I advertised a home for rent, available a month out, someone would like to view it, I have tenants still living there, what do I do? Call tenants and ask to show the home or inform potential tenants they can not view until, (set a date after move out)?

If this is not covered in your current lease (it should be) then I would simply request of your current tenants that they allow the house to be shown if it is convenient for them. If they say no there's not much you can do, but in the future I would make sure my lease contains a clause that addresses showings once the existing tenant has given notice to vacate so that you don't have this problem in the future.
