MY landlord sold our building two years ago. My lease expired about six months after he sold it. The new landlord never had me sign a new lease auctually I have never even met him. I just drop my rent in the rent box and thats it.Now I have lived here without a lease for a about a year and a half. I found a new beautiful place that is open immediately for much cheaper. How much notice do I have to give my landlord am I considered a month to month tenant so do I give 30 day notice, or am I still under my previous lease though it was a different owner.I don't know what to do I tried to call my landlord but he hasn't called back.Does anyone know thanks.
