I am giving notice to our tenant that his lease is not to be renewed. We are on a month to month. But it's already the 9th of september. with the 30 days, his move out date will not be until October 10. Do I charge him for next month's rent? And is South Carolina a state that needs a reason for non renewal? There have been a lot of things leading up to this, but we are trying to do this with as little drama as possible. Any suggestions?!?
