Taking Back a Notice

My tenant gave me a 30 day notice on move out, but then she took it back. Can she do that? I have someone else that was ready to rent!

Depending on the state you are...

Depending on the state you are located in, it could be tough to get the current tenant out without doing an eviction. If they have been good tenants, are taking good care of your home and pay rent in a timely manner, I would stay with the current occupant. If they are a no on any of the above items, start the eviction process immediately and hope the new tenant will be a better choice.
