Customer support hours of operation are 8AM-5PM CST M-F. In most instances we can respond within an hour to your questions if it is within business hours. We do check emails over the weekends, but it may be a bit longer delay due to being outside of business hours. Tenant Screenings are run automatically and are not limited to our customer service business hours.
