In Boonton, New Jersey, a tenant has been arrested for allegedly making threats against a former tenant. An arrest warrant was issued on October 31 for Albert DiCarlo, 52, and he was picked up that day. The term "terroristic threats" was used to describe the threats that DiCarlo made against the former tenant who had apparently not paid rent. Amongst these threats, DiCarlo said he would send someone over to break the former tenant's legs and he also threatened to kill him more than once, according to a police officer from Boonton.
DiCarlo has been released on bail.
