Bowery no-frills hotel sues tenant to make him stop suing

The Whitehouse Hotel at 340 Bowery in New York, a budget hotel that rents out small rooms for $30 a night, has had trouble with one of their long-time tenants. Davis spoke with the New York Post about the issue and claims that the city has ignored problems with the hotel and that his landlords are simply trying to find a way to evict him.
