Celebrities are looking at the housing market recovery to buy properties to fix up and renovate so that that they can sell them at profit. Jeremy Renner and Kristopher Winters began doing this in Los Angeles to supplement income between acting jobs and have proved very successful at it. They made a habit of living in the homes while renovating them and selling them. They took advantage of the time that they had to figure out how to make it work.
