Kelly Osbourne put down a deposit to the price of $18,700 when she moved into her a snazzy apartment in West Hollywood. Now that she is moving out, the landlord refuses to deliver any part of the deposit back to her, claiming that, between repairs and clean-up, there's nothing left. Ms. Osbourne has taken her former landlord to court, suing for her deposit and claiming that she's not a sloppy tenant. If she wins the lawsuit, the landlord may be required to pay her twice what she originally gave him.
