Gary Keller of Austin, Texas made Swanepoel's list of the top 200 most powerful and influential real estate individuals. The co-founder and chairman of Keller Williams Real Estate was named fourth on the list. He was not the only Keller Williams employee to find himself there. The CEO, Mark Willis, was listed as ninth, Vice Chairman Mo Anderson was twenty-forth, President Mary Tennant found herself at fifty-second, and Dianna Kokoszka, the president of Mega Achievement Productivity Systems within Keller William, was listed at number one hundred and five. Vice President Jay Papasan also made the list at one hundred and thirty-one.
Several other Austin-based individuals were named as well, proving the city as a major hub for real estate and economic activity.
