Raging tenant armed with a sledgehammer destroys apartment after landlord refused to give back his $2,500 security deposit


A tenant was told by his soon-to-be-former Landlord that he would not receive his security deposit back upon move out. That deposit was $2,500. When the tenant could not convince him to give the security deposit back to him, he expressed his anger on the apartment with a sledgehammer. He broke mirrors, bathroom stalls, and walls as he explained his actions in French to a friend that taped the whole event. The video was posted to YouTube, supposedly for the landlord's benefit, but may also cost the tenant more than just the $2,500 as the video can act as proof of vandalism now.
