Real estate laws unlikely to protect from buying 'haunted house'

Most state laws will not help those that buy a home and believe it to be haunted, but according to 38% of buyers would be turned off by the thought of a property they are looking to buy being haunted or having some other form of paranormal activity.

Sites have been created so that those looking to buy homes may check to see if anyone has died in that home and how the death occurred. Sites such as do charge a fee.
