It can throw some clients into foul moods for the appointment to go beyond the quoted time, so always make sure to allow 20-30 minutes more than you are really expecting so that if any unforeseeable events do occur, you're ready for them. Try to tailor the little things to your clients, including providing entertainment for any small children, or even coffee for when they arrive. Everything should be in order, including detailed knowledge of the area, the sellers, and the property itself.
