Tenant threatens building manager at gunpoint to fix ceiling: Pick of the blotter

A man in Ohio has been arrested for allegedly threatening his property manager. According to the property manager, the tenant called in about damage to his ceiling, but the manager believed him to be intoxicated and asked that he call back when he'd sobered up. Some time later the property manager found himself at gunpoint, the tenant demanding that he fix his ceiling. The property manager, of course, agreed to do so, ducking behind his desk for shelter from the weapon.

Police tracked the tenant to his girlfriend's home and became aggressive with police there. Finally the girlfriend talked him down and convinced him to obey the police so that no deadly force would be used.
