Twitter Analytics: using gender, location and interests to steer real estate content strategy


You may have heard that Twitter can do great things for your real estate business, but does it ever feel like you're talking to an empty room? Twitter has just released their new analytics feature that can be a great help to the real estate professional, allowing them to key in on what their followers are interested in, their location, and so much more. One of the features is knowing if your followers are male or female, which may alter the direction you take in your postings. It will also detail out both state and country for location, making sure that you're not making assumptions as to the location of your readership. Finally, it will provide the percentages of your readers' interests. A certain percentage may be more interested in marketing while others are showing a higher interest in start ups or vice versa.
