An award-winning real estate broker out of Utah has been sentenced to thirty days in the county jail, community service, and fines for forging signatures for federal termite records and other mortgage documents. Kyle Ashworth, 31, was Coldwell Banker's lead sales agent for their Utah branch in 2012 and had also been given an award from Uintah Basin Board of Realtors. He was considered the face of a 26-acre retail project, though all of his forgeries were related to residential properties. As of now, none of the homes have had any trouble with termites.
