Customer support hours of operation are 8AM-5PM CST M-F. In most instances we can respond within two hours to your questions (if it is within business hours). We do check emails over the weekend, but it may be a slightly longer response time for these requests outside of business hours. Tenant Screenings are run automatically and are not limited to our customer service business hours.
